Hourly AppointmentsWhether you are a high school student seeking direction regarding the college and career process or a young adult looking to return to school or seek another career, meeting one-on-one can help define your goals and reach them. Every client receives an "Action Sheet" at the end of each session to help them plan their next steps. Contact CCT to schedule. To view appointment hours, go to FAQ's. Hourly sessions begin at $125* per 55-minute session. Rates are subject to change. Virtual and in-person appointments are available.

Workshops & PresentationsWorkshops for students and parents on college-related topics are offered several times throughout the calendar year including the popular Interviewing 101 Workshop. Workshops can be offered in person or virtually. Upcoming workshops are listed below. You can also request a workshop.
Presentations for schools are also available including College For Newbies (for first-time parents and/or students), Brainstorming the Essay, Interviewing, Understanding the ACT, and Writing Letters of Rec (for teachers) just to name a few. Pop-Up ClassesA College Knowledge Pop-Up Class is an opportunity for small groups to come together to learn about various aspects of the college admission process. In the comfort of an individual’s home, friends and family convene to learn about the ins and outs of the college process. Learn what hosting a pop-up class entails. This is a great event for a girls night, getting together a group of students and parents, or even home school families! With a pop-up class, you host it and cover the topics you want covered! And, some hosts even earn free book/s or a free registration to the event. It's a novel idea whose time has come!

Finding Private Scholarships
Join us on Monday, January 15th from 7-8pm (CT) for a virtual workshop on finding private scholarships. In this workshop we will identify viable scholarship search sites, what to look out for in scams, how to get organized for this process, and more! This event is free but pre-registration is required. Please go HERE to sign up! This workshop is open to members of the classes of 2024 and 2025 and their parents. Zoom links will be sent 48 hours in advance of the event.
Cancellation & Refund Policy for Workshops: No refunds or credits issued within 10 days of scheduled event. In the event of insufficient numbers, registrants will be offered another comparable option or be able to take a full refund.
